SUMMARY

Play Sport (hereinafter “the Club”), in accordance with the guidelines issued by the sports promotion body to which it is affiliated and which is recognized by the International Olympic Committee (hereinafter “AICS”), prepares and publishes the Organizational and Control Models for its sports activities as well as the Club’s internal Codes of Conduct.

In reference to the law that mandates International Sports Federations, Associated Sports Disciplines, and Sports Promotion Bodies recognized by the International Olympic Committee to establish guidelines for drafting organizational and control models for sports activities and Codes of Conduct aimed at protecting minors and preventing harassment, gender-based violence, and any other form of discrimination (whether based on ethnicity, religion, personal beliefs, disability, age, or sexual orientation), the Club implements these measures in compliance with the applicable regulations.

In accordance with legal regulations and the provisions issued by the International Executive Board of the International Olympic Committee, as well as the Fundamental Principles for the Prevention and Fight against Abuse, Violence, and Discrimination established by the International Olympic Committee, Play Sport ASD, as a club affiliated with a sports promotion body recognized by the International Olympic Committee, adopts its own Organizational and Control Model and its own Codes of Conduct.
